Meet our team of exceptional individuals!
Dr. Blake Cure, DDS
Dr. Cure was born and raised in Eastern Colorado, where he grew up and worked on his family's farm and feedlot in Idalia, CO. Upon graduating high school, he attended Colorado State University, and received his undergraduate degree in Health and Exercise Science. While in his undergrad, he had the opportunity to shadow a few dentists in the Fort Collins, CO area. It was then that he realized he had an aptitude and passion for dentistry.
Dr. Cure went on to attend the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2016. Following graduation from dental school, Dr. Cure acquired a family dental practice in Greeley, CO in 2018. He enjoyed serving patients in Northern Colorado for five years before making the decision to move back home to the eastern plains. He joined Annette Isenbart, RDH in Stratton, CO to form what is now Stratton Family Dental.
In his spare time, Dr. Cure enjoys spending time with his wife, Amanda, and their three children-Nora, Eli, and Celina, and their goldendoodle, Finley. He loves following sports, playing golf, hunting, helping on the farm, and traveling. He also enjoys and prioritizes keeping up with continuing education courses to ensure he is providing premier care to his patients.

She has served this community as a dental hygienist for 27 years in her own practice, and is thrilled to have joined forces with Dr. Cure to form what is now Stratton Family Dental.
Annette is an expert in her field with 38 years of total practice in dental hygiene. She is a member to the Colorado Dental Hygiene Association, along with the American Dental Hygiene Association. Nancy Eagleton,
Dental Hygiene Assistant
Hello, my name is Nancy! I am an assistant for Annette and Dr. Cure. I work part-time, helping make sure our patients are seen on time, feel comfortable, take x-rays, and help where-ever is needed around the office. My dental career started at a couple of community health clinics as an assistant at Valley Wide Health Center in Alamosa and Pueblo Community Health Care Center. My husband and I moved back to Seibert, where I am originally from, about 5 years ago, at which time I started with Annette here at our clinic in Stratton.
My husband and I love living in a small community. I enjoy maintaining my yard and do a lot of reading
during the colder months. We have 4 grandkids that keep us busy and on the road attending their
sporting events. I can’t wait to meet you at Stratton Family Dental!
Lauren Thompson,
Reception
Hi, everyone! My name is Lauren Thompson and I’m a receptionist here at Stratton Family Dental. I was born in eastern Colorado and raised on a small farm just south of Stratton. After graduating from Stratton High School in 2022, I attended West Texas A&M University in Canyon, TX, where I studied agricultural business and economics. Following my freshman year in Texas, I decided to go online and continue pursuing an education in Ag business and economics through Fort Hays State University.
In my spare time, I enjoy riding my horses, working out, baking, spending time with my friends and family, and traveling. I have an older sister and a younger brother, so that makes me the middle child. I was welcomed into the Stratton Family Dental family in July, where I was assisting Dr. Cure before I moved to the front desk in mid-August. I’m very fortunate to be working with such exceptional colleagues. I enjoy helping people in any way I can and welcoming in new and current patients!
